Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it.

Return window
- Customers in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Customers in the USA: 14 days from the day you receive your order.

How to start a return
Email us at fabienfabre2004@yahoo.com with your order number and tell us you'd like to return your item. We'll reply within [1-2] business days with return instructions and the return address.

Condition of the item
Please return the item unused, if possible, and in its original packaging. You may inspect and try the product as you would in a store. We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about the result. If approved, we'll refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us within [30] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to return the item.

Order not received
If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, email us. We'll check with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.
