We ship to the USA and Europe. We do not currently ship to other regions.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, holidays or carrier issues.

Where your order ships from
Orders are shipped from оur WAREHOUSE in China.

Tracking
Tracking can take 2-5 days to update after dispatch. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page

Customs, duties and taxes
 All duties and taxes are included in the price. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before paying. We can't change it after the order has shipped. If the carrier returns the parcel because of an incorrect address, we can re-send it at your cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within [35] days of dispatch, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at fabienfabre2004@yahoo.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll send a replacement or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
