These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of pawloveme.com (the "Store") and to every purchase you make from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. If a product is not as described, you can use the remedies in our Return & Refund Policy and your legal rights.

Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in [USD / EUR] and may change at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

- Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors. If we do, we will contact you and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders
When you place an order, you will get an email confirming that we received it. This is not yet our acceptance. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, suspected fraud or an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to the USA and Europe only. Delivery times, costs, customs and taxes are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you.

Returns, refunds and your rights
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to every order. If you live in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and the legal guarantee that goods must be in conformity with the contract. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Safe use of products
Our products are designed for use with dogs and must be used responsibly:
- Always supervise your dog while using a leash, and check it for wear or damage before every walk.
- Choose a product that suits the size, weight and strength of your dogs. Check the product specifications before you buy.
- Keep the leash away from children, and be careful around roads, other animals and people. Retractable leashes can cause injuries if used carelessly.
- Stop using the product if it is damaged.
Where the law allows, we are not responsible for injury or loss caused by misuse of the product or by ignoring these instructions.

Intellectual property
All content on the Store (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store for anything unlawful, to try to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malware, or to interfere with other customers' use of it.

Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

The Store may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Privacy
How we collect and use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE where your company is registered]. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the "Last updated" date to new orders. Orders already placed are covered by the Terms in force when you placed them.
